Turmeric (Golden) Mylk


1 cup almond milk

1 tsp powdered turmeric

½ tsp cinnamon

½ tsp ground ginger

Pinch cardamom

1 tsp coconut oil

Pinch black pepper

1-2 medjool dates (according to sweetness preference)


In a small saucepan, warm the milk and dates uncovered over medium-high heat for 2–4 minutes, but do not boil Add all the other ingredients and blend with an immersion blender until smooth.

If you would rather use a blender, heat the milk and dates, add the heated mixture and remainder of the ingredients into the blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a mug a drink immediately.
